Frank Sullivan, DDS.
He is a graduate and four year scholarship football player at the University of Mississippi. He graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1997. He is currently active in membership in these associations:

Clay Couvillon, DDS.
He was born and raised in Marksville, Louisiana before moving to Monroe to complete his undergraduate studies. He graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 2004. He is currently active in membership in these associations:

Candice Sullivan, DDS.
She is a native of New Orleans. She completed her undergraduate study at LSU in Baton Rouge. She continued her specialty in Pediatric Dentistry at the LSU Dental School in New Orleans. In 1999 her peers selected her to be the chairman of the National Children's Dental Health Month in Baton Rouge. She also published her thesis on children's behavior management in the Journal of the American Society of Dentistry for Children. She is currently active in membership in these associations:
